Quality STEM Programming & Mentorship
Find a mentor within the members of the Society of Women Engineers at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.
SWE at ERAU has an open Online Mentorship program targeted towards female high school students, with a one-on-one mentoring relationship for students in our local Volusia and Flagler Counties, FL!
The mentors are all students of Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, and range in class, major, background and experiences. They are here to help students with academic endeavors, college applications and professional development, through workshops, one-on-one conversations and virtual events.
You do not have to be a part of this program to participate in our Outreach events! Check out the Events tab for more information.
This is an amazing opportunity for students and mentors alike. Students be given the tools to discover their potential, empower themselves as women, and achieve their collegiate goals. And mentors will be given the opportunity to expand the SWE community, improve leadership skills, and leave a positive impression on our local community!

Our main goal is to provide quality programming and one-on-one guidance to high school students, particularly female, to spark excitement and retain interest in STEM education, careers, and professional development; we do this by leading by example as empowered, collegiate and professional women in STEM.
